BOTTOM LINE: We have the human power in our Flesh to put on Armor! But if it’s not enveloped in the Force Field of Prayer, we’ve not tapped into the Supernatural Power of God!
QUESTION: Will you fervantly PRAY in ALL things for God’s overflow of His Power, Protection and Provision in your life as you put on the Armor of God daily?
DOWNLOAD: One of my favorite Hymns as a child was titled Onward Christian Soldiers … and the chorus went like this:
Onward Christian soldiers, marching into war, With the cross of Jesus, going on before.
Onward then, ye people, join our happy throng, Blend with ours Your voices, in a triumph song.
Another classic Hymn was titled Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus
Stand up, stand up for Jesus, Stand in His Strength alone.
The Arm of flesh will fail you, You dare not trust your own.
Put on the gospel armor, Each piece put on with Prayer.
When duty calls or danger, Be never wanting there.
PRAYER is such an integral and important part of the Amor Suit. It’s the source of power that is necessary to enable us, not only to stand, but to engage the enemy to ultimate victory In-Christ.
PRAYER completes the Full Armor of God, and our lack of prayer indicates self-sufficiency instead of God sufficiency. When we do that, we are exposing ourselves to the enemy, and Satan will do his best to injure us. Even completely destroy our effectiveness if we’re not careful.

So Paul says … the entire Armor of God is enveloped in this Force Field called PRAYER.
Ephesians 6:18 … “18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”
- on ALL occasions … PRAY
- and he also reminds us to be praying for one another
… and I’ve been so guilty at times of being so consumed w/ my own world that I miss that part. I’ve been guilty of saying … I will pray for you … and honestly … never doing so.
Paul says … Be alert … Be on guard … on all occasions be praying … and don’t forget to be praying for one another too!
